13"x19" signed print: archival pigmented inks on matte watercolor paper This circular temple, now thought to be a Temple of Vesta, is similar to the one in Rome. It dates from the last years of the Republic and was converted into the Church of S. Maria della Rotonda in the Middle Ages. Ten Corinthian columns survive from the original eighteen.
